3. W.Va. Code, 33-6-7 (1957), provides that "misrepresentations, omissions, concealments of facts, and incorrect statements shall not prevent a recovery under the policy unless. . . ." This language indicates that not all misrepresentations will avoid an insurance policy, but only those specifically identified in subsections (a), (b), and (c) of the statute.
